The Process of Seeking Help
Deciding to seek help is an important step in the life of an individual or couple. People enter psychotherapy for many different reasons, anger, anxiety, relationship issues and some may not be clear what is not feeling right to them. Often the focus is on issues that are still problematic in spite of previous therapy and personal efforts. What all these people have in common is that they are experiencing emotional or psychological distress. I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy services in the Minneapolis and St Paul communities for over 20 years. I'll provide a safe, yet challenging environment where you can explore areas of your life that are difficult or may block you from where you want to be. I will help you capitalize on your strengths and assist you in gaining a better understanding of your difficulties.
